Welcoming over 70 guests with Möet & Chandon Champagne and starting from passionate Flamenco dancing performed by a dancer, Ms.Maya Higashinaka from Kobe region for the last celebration dinner in Relais & Châteaux Japan.
Followed by the performance, BMW Japan Seles director as well as Möet & Chandon brand ambassador’s celebration addressed, Grand Chef & General Manager, Hiroshi Yamaguchi from Kobe Kitano Hotel & Grand Chef Patrick Bertron from Relais Bernard Loiseau, Saulieu – France, both chefs had a speech with some jokes which tells a guest how much their chefs are closed relationship. Both chefs used to work together at Relais Bernard Loiseau such a long time and succeeded to a great chef, Bernard Loiseau for current time with his chef spirit.
During the dinner, both chefs friendly talk & explained how enjoy the dishes to each table for over 70 people more than 2 -3 times. Some of guests came to the event because of big fan of Chef Yamaguchi and Chef Bertron.
The special “DUO” dinner course menu started from Amuse-bar, a soup with seasonal truffle, Foie Gras Poelée, Fish & Beef main dishes and ended by a few special desserts with Yogurt sorbet covered by rich VALRHONA chocolate with Nespresso coffee.
French-French and French-Japanese DUO menu was delightfully made the moment, that met up newly released Möet & Chandon Grand Vintage 2006.
After the event, some of guests continued the party with both chefs at the hotel bar to enjoy the discussion!
