Mr. Ortner, owner of Castel Fragsburg in Merano presented the two chefs, Luis Haller and Heribert Diertich of the Hotel Walserhof Klosters in Switzerland, and welcomed all guests, very proud to be part of Relais & Châteaux family.
At the end of the dinner, the tasting cake was presented, filled with raspberry cream and covered with Valrhona white chocolate, that was prepared by the pastry chef Raffaele.
All the guests were really pleased, and the property was very proud to welcome BMW customers.
