On the 17th of October many food connoisseurs found their way along the oldest street of Krakow, the Kanonicza Street, with one destination in mind: Hotel Copernicus, the evening’s host of a celebration for the senses.
Marcin Filipkiewicz, head chef at Hotel Copernicus, welcomed Simon Taxacher, Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux of the Hotel Restaurant Spa Rosengarten (Kirchberg / Kitzbühel, Austria). After a delicious Champagne aperitif, guests were served seven courses that focused on Simon Taxacher’s signature combination of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
